Gourmet Food Manufacturing Corporation (GFMC) was established in the year 1972, with a focus on the production of food condiments:

These products are distributed to various institutional markets such as hotels, restaurants, canteen concessionaires, and large food chain companies. Since GFMC caters to institutional end-users, the products are packed in food grade gallon sizes and in standard 100 mL Gourmet bottle for table use. To maintain the product exclusivity, Gourmet products are sold directly to institutional clients. With the company’s direct selling operation, GFMC can have a better control on the quality of its products, ultimately benefiting the end-users.

The President
GFMC, through a separate entity also caters to customized condiment – sauce formulations for specific clients either for kitchen or table use. The sauces are presented in different packaging sizes:
A. Sachet
B. Gourmet exclusive 100 mL bottles
C. Gallons
In line with the production and manufacturing of in-house products, the company also engages in the product tolling of other known condiments like Oyster Sauce in different kinds of packaging materials, as well as Banana Catsup in gallon form from one of the country’s recognized company, Nutriasia, Inc.

Apart from condiments manufacturing side of GFMC, the company diversified it’s capability and established a Food Service wherein it caters different meal function to renowned hospital such as St. Luke’s Medical Center at Quezon City and Bonifacio Global City Branch as well as other non-hospital entity (Makati-LGU).

The President is responsible for the day-to-day operations from outlining the company’s strategies, priorities, financial planning, product development, marketing, and processing operations. She had an extensive corporate experience working for foreign-owned financial institution and trainings in food processing courses to keep her at par with the changes and updates in the food industry. GFMC seeks the services of a food technology consultant for special project for product research and development as well as to provide continuous technical training to the staffs.
